LOCATION:         Local travel to client sites and office in South Tampa (must live in the South Tampa area)

JOB TITLE:         IT Support Technician

DURATION:        Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm  Direct Hire with benefits

PAY:                   $42-45k 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of IT support experience including Microsoft O365

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Remote IT support including, but not limited to, Microsoft O365 support (user accounts, password resets, etc) and other remote fixes via VPN/chat/phone.
• Local travel to client sites for new user setups, etc.
• Attend trainings and networking events (during business hours)
