JOB TITLE: Closing Coordinator (Purchasing)

PAY: $50,000 – $60,000
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience coordinating real estate purchase closings.
- National purchase closing experience is ideal.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Closing Coordinator to manage all aspects of the residential real estate closing process.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all parties involved, including clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the entire closing process, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
- Prepare, review, and finalize residential settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other related documents and affidavits.
- Coordinate the execution of closing documents as directed by transaction participants.
- Approve disbursements in accordance with transaction instructions and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure all required documents are accurate and compliant, including contracts, disclosures, mortgages, deeds, and title policies.
- Assist in resolving document discrepancies directly with clients or through authorized legal representatives.
- Partner with the post-closing team to ensure timely recording of documents and issuance of title policies.
- Identify and obtain any curative documents or conveyance items needed to clear title for closing.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, support services, and all transaction stakeholders to ensure a seamless closing experience.
