Job Title: Product Manager - Title Industry

Pay: $120-140k (plus bonus)

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the title industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills and a passion for driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and competition.

• Own and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and customers to drive product vision and strategy.

• Analyze market and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• 3+ years of product management experience in the title industry.

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience working with APIs (a plus).

• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with writing acceptance criteria and BDD behavior.

• Proficiency with sprint management tools like DevOps.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
