Application Development Associate (Azure)

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week during first year)
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

About the Role

We're seeking an Application Development Associate to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role is ideal for an early-career developer looking to grow their Azure and .NET development skills while working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and support software applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Scrum team members on technical design and development.
  • Assist with building and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
  • Support production applications and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and estimate upcoming work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of software development experience.
  • Experience with .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure technologies.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Event Hub, Service Bus, or similar messaging frameworks preferred.
  • Exposure to testing and automation tools is a plus.
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience is a plus.
