Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform root cause analysis
- Provide Tier III support and informal training to team members
- Install, configure, and support PCs, peripherals, and software applications
- Participate in IT projects (e.g., OS upgrades, memory replacements) and statewide teams
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate service calls for repairs
- Support AV and video conferencing equipment setup and troubleshooting
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 1–5 years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office Suite, and other common applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
