Join a growing team supporting end users across multiple locations throughout Pinellas County. We're seeking customer-focused IT professionals who enjoy troubleshooting technology, building relationships with users, and providing exceptional technical support. This position is based in Pinellas County, FL and requires working onsite five days per week. Occasional travel to local branch locations is required using a company-provided vehicle.

Level I: $25.00 - $29.00/hour
Level II: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

Rotating shifts:
7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, laptops, printers, phone systems, and related technologies.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues in a timely manner.
Manage and resolve support requests while delivering excellent customer service.
Travel to local offices as needed to provide onsite technical assistance.
Maintain clear documentation of tickets, resolutions, accomplishments, and key updates.
Qualifications
Experience supporting end-user technology in a professional environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common desktop hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional customer support.
