Job Details

• Salary: Target range $105,000-$115,000 
• Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
• Location: Pinellas County, FL
• Work Authorization: No sponsorship available.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support professionals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability while fostering a positive team culture.
• Serve as a hands-on technical resource for escalated issues.
• Partner with business leaders to improve service delivery and support operations.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and team performance.

• Security concepts
• IT service management/ticketing systems (FreshService experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT support, help desk, or technical operations team.
• Strong technical background with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams through change.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
